The U.S.-China relationship touches on a number of spheres, including but not limited to, trade, security, human rights, technology, and health. This, combined with the increased economic role of China in international affairs, means that clients' businesses may suffer disruption because of wider, systemic disruptions within this critical bilateral relationship. U.S.-China tech competition is intensifying, embodied by the CHIPS and Science Act of 2022 (CSA) and the Chip 4 Alliance. Pacific Strategic Intelligence sought the perspectives of industry’s current thought leaders, U.S. policy makers, and experts to elicit potential opportunities and challenges as a result of a U.S.-led Chip 4 alliance.
